We take great pride in listening carefully as you describe the style, tone and palate you envision for your wedding. From there we partner with you to make it happen. We create a customized menu based on your parameters, advise and guide you to make it all a delicious success.

We feel very lucky to be situated in the gorge where we are surrounded by amazing resources. That is why we support local farm to table sustainability whenever possible to bring that plenitude of fruits, vegetables and greens directly into our kitchen. We also utilize many local and regional purveyors for poultry, meat, fish, wine and cheese.

When it comes to execution on the big day, our priority is delicious tasting food, beautiful presentation and our undivided attention to detail.

About our Services:

We provide everything from drop off to full service catering. Our team is led by a Catering Manager and an Event Manager. For venue locations that require a day of Wedding Coordinator, our Event Manager can provide this service as well for an additional fee based on your overall wedding needs.

Our full service includes setup, serve, breakdown and haul out. Setup involves setting out the tables and chairs for both ceremony and reception per your design layout. We also provide full bar service. We do not charge corkage or cake slicing fees.

We manage all the rental items, servers and timeline. Our experienced staff makes sure all the food and beverages are served timely, beautiful and delicious to provide mind at ease on your wedding day in the beautiful Columbia Gorge.
