We create a customized menu based on your parameters, advise and guide you to make it all a delicious success. We feel very lucky to be situated in the gorge and be surrounded by such amazing resources. That is why we support local farm to table sustainability whenever possible. Using the plentiful of fruits, vegetables, greens and herbs that our farmers deliver direct to our kitchen which make up a lot of our ingredients. We also utilize many of our local and regional resources for poultry, meat, fish, cheeses and wines. For our execution on the big day, our priority is delicious tasting food, beautiful presentation with our finest attention to detail.
