Our cakes are picked up fresh each week from Papa Haydn of Portland. Check with us on what we currently have in the store or you can special order one of the following. If you place your order by Tuesday morning it will be available for pick up by Friday.

- Triple Chocolate - Layers of chocolate buttermilk cake soaked with house-made caramel sauce, filled with dark chocolate ganache and frosted with milk chocolate ganache.
- Carrot - A spiced carrot cake with walnuts, pineapple and coconut, layered and iced with cream cheese frosting.
- Lemon Chiffon – Intense lemon chiffon cake layered with a lemon curd and creme fraiche filling and iced in lemon italian buttercream.
- German Chocolate – Chocolate buttermilk cake soaked with house-made caramel sauce and layered with classic coconut pecan filling and iced in milk chocolate ganache.
- Cassata – Kaulua and espresso soaked sponge cake layered with a cannoli inspired filling of ricotta, sweetened whipped cream and bittersweet chocolate shavings and iced in italian buttercream.
